“Saw a car online which I wanted to purchase. it was located approx 150 miles from my home so was unable to go see it immediately. I asked Fraser if he would take a deposit and hold car for me. Went down to see car 7-10 days later and realised it wasn't for me. (also car was not ready as still required a part which was on back order and then fresh MOT required). When I returned home I contacted Fraser to explain why I did not wish to proceed and asked for the return of my deposit. He very kindly refunded me - this indicates to me, someone who is honest in his dealings and so I would be happy to consider buying from this garage on another occasion.”
