“We chose Lochnivar over another well known Edinburgh supplier, on price and a better inclusive offer of additional internal insulation and external colour offering. They were late coming to start the work due to poor weather holding back progress on previous jobs. The old conservatory was removed and the new one erected in three days. The internal work was completed except the decoration, but it was complete for us to be able to have Christmas Dinner in our new conservatory. One of the glass roof panels which was incorrectly manufactured, and one of the window panels had been manufactured too short, but straight after Christmas, new replacements arrived and were exchanged. No argument. The entire conservatory was cleaned and completed. We are very pleased with our new conservatory and have enjoyed starting to use it. Our cats love it too! We would have no problem in using Lochnivar again for further work.”

“Sun Room/ extension Delighted with Lochinvar as they were the only company that we found that took us from wanting an extension to creating the drawings, applying for planning from the council, and building it! A number of builders wanted us to do steps 1& 2 ourselves which would have cost us a lot more… They also built up a patio door to create a window in our kitchen and found our original bricks. They were very professional, quick to put up and complete the work and the after care staff have been extremely helpful with the few snags there were! Would highly recommend for anyone considering adding to their property. New windows Really happy with lochinvar for their customer service and and fitting of 2 bedroom windows.
