“Was holding off writing a review in the hope Stay Press would reach out, a week later of trying to contact via phone and email to no avail so here it is. Had taken in king size mattress topper to be professionally cleaned in Haddington after my son was a little sick on it. Item collected 6 days later and when opened up, it appears nothing has been cleaned, stain still on it, didn't smell fresh or laundered, what appears to be pet hairs on it (we don't have any pets), and to finish it off are fresh dirt marks on it as if been dragged on floor. 27 pound for a shocking service with no response to email and struggling to get anyone on the phone.”

The dress was also not cleaned thoroughly and still had marks on it. Would not recommend for bridal dresses.”
