I think I was a bit of a difficult customer with challenging hair to dye for the first time, but Steph went far above and beyond and I've ended up with the most incredible colour and cut that works for me and just makes me feel amazing. Never had a hairdresser that knows what you want / need so intuitively (even when you can't explain it well), she's an absolute professional. The salon is also a really nice place to be, lots of customers happy to be there and all the hairdressers just lovely and interesting people to be around and chat to. 5 stars not enough!”
