He then followed this up with a detailed quote for the work needing to be done. As we have a shared roof with three other neighbours, this allowed us to share all of this information with them and quickly agree to proceed with the repairs. The work was carried out swiftly and we were provided with further photographs showing that the work had been carried out to a very high standard.
