All the other mechanics and garages said there is no need to replace. certainly wont recommend”

“Turned up promptly but 'Forgot' to tell me about a £65 call out charge. Turned up in a battered old 2006 unbranded van. Diagnosed a starter motor issue then never called back or offered any advice or quotes for the repair as 'They were done for the day' at lunchtime. I feel utterly ripped off. £65 for 5 mins work and no travel time as they were in East Calder apparently and I'm in Kirknewton. This was simply a quick way to get some quick cash and not do any work. Cowboys.”
