“Came out to quote for the job, said it would take a day, gave availability then sent an email breakdown of costs which were very reasonable. Communication was good but then they didn't show up for the job when they said they would be there. Attempts to communicate with them were made by phone and email, we were pretty much ghosted. Diary management is a skill they don't have, and this left us in a predicament with other trades people who were booked to do work following the painting being done. It's a really unfair way to treat people (be where you say, when you say) and a shocking way to run a business. Really poor. Avoid.”
