“Not worth 1 star. Pre-booked for 2am pickup on new years morning and they didn’t show up. When I phoned they answered first time but hung up when I said I was enquiring about taxi not showing up. After that they didn’t answer the phone at all or respond to voicemail I left. Basically left in the lurch to start walking 3 miles home on country road with no street lights. Absolutely useless company who clearly don’t care”

“very poor service taxis are in very poor state there is marks on the seats carpets are bogging some of them stink. they never come on time when you book a taxi . felt un safe as the phone number diverts to a taxi driver who takes a call while driving [ on hands free] but wrights bookings down while on the move or gives out jobs to other drivers on the 2 way radio. drivers are friendly some of them even help with your shoping putting it in the taxi and out again . A WEE HINT TO THIS COMPANY GET A GRIP GET NEW TAXIS TIDY THE DRIVERS UP SORT OUT A OFFICE ONLY CALL A DRVER WHEN HE OR SHE IS CLEAR AND NOT DRIVEING”
