“My sister sent me a link for KGF and I thought that looks great so I messaged Kev initially. Then I ended up putting it off for over a year! I eventually decided to start the 30 day trial in Oct25 and its the best decision ive made! The classes are small, no more than 12 people, the people who go are so friendly. Kev is a great instructor, very professional but very approachable and knowledgeable. He's always giving us advice, encouraging us and pushing us to go a wee bit further. My favourite classes are lifting and hybrid. Kev always keeps an eye on everyone to make sure you're lifting properly. Honestly best decision I made, I'm glad my sister sent me the link! So much better than commercial gyms!!”

“I started using Kev for Personal Training and the group classes around 5 weeks ago. I have always put off joining these type groups as I didnt have clue what I was doing or frankly have the confidence to step out my comfort zone. From day 1 Kev has been brilliant, really gets to know you and helps to set personal goals and has supported me to go from strength to strength even in the short time Ive been taking part. Already, supporting me to drop 2 trouser sizes already and increased my strength. I've never felt judged and everyone else in the group classes are just as supportive and helpful.
