“Worst treat I've ever experienced, went to check a wax block on my ear, ai was seated on an office chair in the middle of shop that by the way is filthy and full of dust and old stuff laying there for ages not been moved, and then he get his equipment that was a old wax vacuum remover with the tubes yellow from the time, a TEA mug with water yo warm up the utensils and there he started using that machine that was extremely painful and I had to say stop twice, and then he told that we couldn't do it and I had to come back on Saturday and see if the wax was more loose using oil... When I left my ear was in pain and completely blocked and I couldn't hear anything, I had to go yo the farmacy and they've told me that it wasn't possible to remove that with that equipment because it was far too deep, he try to and puss the wax further in and block my ear, then I had to go to a ETN specialist to deal with the problem and spend a lot of money. I've came back on Saturday to ask for my money back because nothing was done but make my problem worst and he refused to give me the money back, by the way he ask for cash because does not use card machine, I can imagine that will be to not declare all the cash he takes from his customers. Horrible experience, don't go to this place. Go to a pharmacy or a Specialist.”
