“My autistic sons usual barber ( whom he had been going to for 15 years)was not available and as routine is everything to him I wasn't sure how my son would cope in a new barbers with someone else cutting his hair.. From the minute we walked into the establishment we were both immediately put at ease by Sam who greeted us with the biggest smile..I had already discussed on the phone prior to the appointment regarding my son's disabilities which had clearly been taken on board and listened to.. The whole way through Sam consulted with us as to what he was doing..how much was to be cut off would we like bit more or bit less etc.. All the time needed was taken making the whole experience a relaxed one for my son .. I can not recommend Sam at Finesse barbers enough who was polite.. friendly and provided a great barber service..
