Clear advice when asked and needed, good solid products (both door and windows) that feel like decent quality, attention to detail with finishing, a price I was happy with. Little things like cleaning up each day, showing a real respect for my property and showing up on time. For me though the real difference was after fitting when one of the windows started to stick, phoned Tarron and he was out the same evening to look and adjust.
