“I had a very disappointing experience at this institute. The teaching quality was poor, many teachers were unprofessional, and I was not placed in the correct language level. The worst part was my final week with one teacher who treated me unfairly and differently from other students. She lowered my grades without reason, and I strongly believe her behavior was discriminatory. After studying seriously for the whole course, it was extremely unfair to be evaluated by someone who was biased and disrespectful. This was not the supportive learning environment I expected, and I would not recommend this institute to others. This institute only cares about money and not about the students. Their customer service is very poor, and they make students stay far outside the city so we have to spend more money on transportation. They also gave me many promises when I registered, but none of them were true. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend this place at all.”
