“Up in till recently I was seeing Marshall as my PT at Hex, and it was the best experience I have ever had regarding fitness and working out. It was extremely easy to get in contact with Marshall to arrange a consultation and during it, he was incredibly understanding, kind and welcoming. He made it such a open dialogue to discuss my goals, limits and worries with getting back into working out. We talked through everything and gave amazing advice and information with what he is like as a Personal Trainer. He is open about his payment and has a open conversation about what is a comfortable amount for his client to pay. The first session with Marshall, he sent a video to me showing how to get to the correct location which I think is really nice. He goes through each warm-up and exercise in great detail and allowed me time to feel confident about them with such patience. I was very happy with the exercises he set for me since it was obvious that he was following what my goals were with fitness. I would look forward to each session with him, and it was very comfortable and felt like I was working out with a friend :) I highly recommend going with Hex with you are looking for a PT, especially with you are in the LGBTQI+ and/or alternative communities as I have never felt more respected by someone in a fitness setting as a trans person.”
