The old machine was removed, the new one installed, all the packaging removed within half an hour into a 1st floor flat block all for a small additional fee. We literally went from a broken machine to an installed new one in the time it took to make and drink a mug of coffee. I would 100% recommend them for any white goods in Edinburgh city.
