“The lady in customer service was great, the driver is absolutely not. I had a very important Parcel that need to be delivered today, but the driver said there was no access to the building and decided to leave till Monday, I NEED to travel with this parcel tomorrow!! It’s only 10:00 am and I already spoke to them of another pickup point and the driver refused to do it today. Unfortunately, DHL deosn’t understand what urgent means. Now, I either have to take the bus for a 45 minutes warehouse pickup “ while 30 weeks pregnant” or change my flight and wait till Monday, which is so no convenient 👎🏻. Really Really bad experience.”

“Very bad experience I had, I am a international student, I went there to send a courier in Bangladesh last week. During booking a lady took my booking very carelessly and she put the value of the goods as 900 GPB.I wanted to know about it, she didn't explain me what its mean and its consequences. It arrived in Bangladesh and customs imposed tax and excise 1100 GPB, but the nominal value of this item was 5 GPB.”
