“Came in looking for some 2£ clip adapters which one man found happily and promptly. Went to the back shop to also purchase a matching nut and bolt to fix a stand. Size didn’t quite matter as long as they fit together. I can only assume it was the owner who responded “we’re here to make money”. Garbage attitude. Brother, your shop was empty and I didn’t ask for it for free. Just a musician on tour trying to fix bung rental gear. Consider that if you help customers with smaller things, they’ll come back for more. That’s how we operated at the shop I worked at. A grateful customer can go a long way. No purchase should be too small.”
