“The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. Two of us walked in, and although there were many empty tables available, the staff told us that those tables were only for reservations and that we could only sit at the high seats. After we sat down, we wanted to connect to the restaurant’s Wi-Fi because the phone signal inside was poor. My phone could clearly detect their Wi-Fi network, but the staff told us that they did not have Wi-Fi. Overall, we felt the service was unfriendly and unhelpful, so we decided to leave and eat somewhere else.”
