“I spoke to Robert Atherton at Kiln and Cutter glass studio in Fenton Barns in October and booked a fused glassmaking workshop for my son's girlfriend which should have been on Monday 11th Nov 2019. We drove from Stirling on Monday and found the workshop closed. I have left messages on Facebook, his mobile phone and email. So far, two days later, there is still no response from Robert. This is a very poor way to run a business, as well as being extremely disappointing for us. This was a special birthday gift and we have no explanation as to why Robert let us down.”
