“I have been registered with this practice since moving to Penicuik in 1989. I have never written a review before but after my treatment over the last week whilst trying to arrange an appointment I feel that I need to share my negative experience. The receptionists are rude and arrogant and show no compassion what so ever. I have tried calling at 8:30 on numerous occasions to either get cut off or told we are short of clinical physicians today call back tomorrow. So today I went to the surgery and was met by a young rude receptionist. I do understand that they are under a lot of pressure dealing with the public, but the way I was spoken to this morning was totally unprofessional and rude. Still no appointment for me!”
