“There are honestly no words to describe how incredible Yvonne and the whole team at Newhall Estate have been. We have been planning our wedding for 3 years and every step of the way the team at Newhall have been fantastic. From late night questions to helping us plan out of day that felt right and true to us. Newhall can only be described as a home away from home. All our guests staying in the rooms and cottages felt the calming energy and the ambiance as soon as they set foot on the Estate. The Magic of Newhall is something you have to experience in person. We set our wedding out across the multiple spaces from the Sunroom for the Ceremony, into the Coach House for Dinner and Cocktails and finally up the Granary Barn for party & Ceilidh with an outside fire pit and tipi. Newhall has it all. I know I have mentioned the team, but again a massive shout again because they have made our wedding the most perfect day it could possibly be. “We had our wedding at Newhall in September and it was absolutely magical. Newhall offers something truly unique compared to other venues in Scotland — the grounds are spectacular, the house feels like the most perfect oversized luxurious Airbnb, and the variety of event spaces means you can be incredibly creative in shaping your wedding weekend. Having the venue for the whole weekend was such a gift. It let us extend the celebrations and really enjoy the estate to the fullest. We held our ceremony in the granary, had our drinks reception and cocktail hour with live music and espresso martinis in the sunroom, dinner and ceilidh in the coach house, and ended the night with a disco back in the granary. On the Friday, we hosted a beautiful intimate rehearsal dinner in the sunroom with our closest friends and family, and on Sunday we had a relaxed, fun-filled day playing capture the flag and even a game of The Traitors in the house! If any of that sounds like your idea of a good time, we couldn’t recommend Newhall highly enough as the most special setting for a wedding weekend — one that gives you memories to last a lifetime. Jak and the team were brilliant throughout the whole journey: always on hand, happy to answer any question (big or small!), open to every idea, and bringing a wonderfully relaxed, friendly approach to the entire experience. We truly couldn’t recommend Newhall enough.”
