“I leased here before purchasing my very own Icelandic, who was born and bred here. I love this yard, none of the tensions sometimes found at other places. Excellent bio-security, knowledgeable owner and staff. I don't need to worry about getting out for the farrier, routine vet visits etc its all included in my livery. The ponies live in social groups, and love just being equine! The hacking here is second to none, there are hills and valleys, forests and trails, no road work is necessary unless you choose it. You can go for as many or as few miles as you want on hills and tracks, I never cease to marvel at the fantastic views, I feel truly honoured to be part of this community in this amazing location. To top it off we have an indoor school for winter evenings and rainy days (or serious schooling!), and because the large fields are managed by the owner there is no poo-picking!!”

There is always help and advice on hand along with help with the farrier and vet visits. There is no end of riding out on the hills and no need to use roads if you don't wish to. The scenery is stunning and you can make hacks out as easy or challenging as you wish.”
