“I can’t recommend PHX Water highly enough. After several weeks of problems with our private spring water supply following extreme rainfall, I found PHX Water through an online search and decided to give them a call. From the first conversation, the service was exceptional. Iain took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand the issues we were facing. I had very little idea what the actual problem was or even how to explain it properly, but he immediately put me at ease. He was patient, reassuring, and never once made me feel silly. He suggested a site visit to assess the water supply in person, followed by further discussion and recommendations. He also sent a detailed follow up email clearly explaining everything we had discussed, all free of charge, which in itself was amazing service. During the visit, Iain was polite, courteous, and thorough. He asked thoughtful questions to fully understand the situation and remained calm, honest, and practical. As we were understandably anxious about our water supply, his approach was incredibly reassuring. He provided honest advice along with clear recommendations and a sensible follow up plan. Although we’ve decided that connecting to mains water is likely the best long term solution if possible, he was equally happy to outline alternative options should that not be feasible. His email clearly set out the plan and potential costs, with no pressure at any point. It’s such a reassurance to know we have a second option if needed, and I genuinely feel confident that PHX Water will provide the right solution for us. Outstanding service from start to finish.”

“Made contact with PHX Water following being informed by Tayside Council issuing a boil water notice due to a bacterial infection in our private water supply.Connor Boag visited house to offer a solution to replace and upgrade the undersink filter/UV system. Being able to see a sample of the proposed upgrade in their office was well worthwhile. PHX subsequently carried out the proposed upgrade and confirmed a clean test result All staff at PHX were helpful proactive and professional and resolved our infection problem in short period of time.
