“My first thought after leaving the clinic was ‘I should have done this sooner’! I’ve had issues with feeling fullness in my ears for the best part of 10years, I have been to the doctors and was given olive oil expecting that to work but it didn’t I even tried ear treatments from the pharmacy and although it gave me short term relief the fullness was always there. The issues have gotten worse over the last year to the point when waking up in the morning and not having any hearing. I decided to try the EARS clinic and managed to get the perfect time that suited me. Upon arrival at the South Queensferry clinic I was welcomed into the waiting room for my appointment with Melissa. When it was my time to step into the treatment room I met with Melissa who was carrying out my treatment and she took me through all the processes and procedures before she started. The whole process was straightforward and painless. I was really surprised how much the ear wax has affected my hearing and balance over the years. Once the lumps of wax were removed from my ears by irrigation, I could hear things that previously I wouldn’t have. Now after 24hours on from treatment, I am hearing a lot better and hearing sounds around the house that I didn’t before the treatment. The service I received from Melissa was very informative and professional and I appreciate what she has done for me. If you have issues with hearing don’t put it off and give EARS clinic a call.”
