“I have used Hart’s for many years for the maintenance of my bikes. This time I had a special request, I needed to gear down my Steel Genesis to tackle easier the hills around Edinburgh. The technician in turn, that was working on the stand (sorry I didn’t got your name) proposed an used but good MTB crankset with the 2 smallest gears. They did the work in one day. It has been several weeks in which I have used the bikes and selected once uncomfortable climbs and I can testify that their work on the buke was great and the price tag fair for the results.
