“I need to tell the world about the fantastic customer service at Sidey. We had a new external store door out in over a year ago. The guys were great doing the installation. On date, quick and an excellent job done. A couple of follow up visits for minor adjustments were no bother to anyone and dealt with matters. The guys who came gave me some great free advice on other issues about windows. One year on and a popped into the showroom to ask if they had anything to help stop our door blowing closed in the wind (we specified an external opening door due to limited internal space). A quick call to head office and a manager said she’d bring what we needed down on her next visit. She did that, I got a call to say it was in and when I collected I was told it would be FoC! I can’t speak higher of the Sidey service and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!!”

“I had my windows replaced in my 1 bedroom flat. The fitters, Chris and Michael were so lovely and very helpful. They were also attentive toward my nervous cats and worked on just 1 room to start so I could put the cats in there away from the noise. I'd definitely recommend these 2 lads”

“Appalled with installation. Windows, old and new, were carried through my home rather than fitted externally causing unnecessary dirt and damage to decor in every room, (even the hall stairs and landing which has no window). Some of the white window trim was cut in my kitchen creating an excessive amount of white/grey powder; this has ruined my sewing machine forcing me to replace it - a £295 cost incurred to myself. Weeks on I'm still trying to catch up with the cleaning and laundry. The workmen even left without showing me how to use the windows. Then there's the standard of work: draughts coming in from under the window, probably where the wrong size sill was used; 3 pieces of trim used under one window because they didn't have the right size, caulk smeared on wall - told to paint over it; windows made too small ended up being propped up on bits of wood the expandable foam used to fill the remainder of the gap. And the list goes on. I emailed to complain and 2 weeks later the company still has not even had the curtesy to reply.”
