“We’d just come in from the states and I broke my left earpiece off while pulling luggage from the bus. We stopped into Dine restaurant for a bite and while waiting for our orders I ducked out hoping to find an optometrist and a quick fix. Dr Glasby could not have been more helpful. She greeted me personally, told me she would do what she could, then slipped back into her lab. In just a minute or two she was back with my glasses intact and no fee. She made what could have been a disaster on the front end of the trip completely painless and was super friendly on top of it. I made it back to Dine just as lunch was served.
