“We had a vaccine appointment. Our cat was a bit irritated but she wasn’t the worst. Instead of managing the situation, they pricked her with the needle but did not finish the job as they were not able to inject the vaccine. It was horrible seeing our cat in such pain. We would have expected experienced veterinarians to at least have finished the procedure they started instead of blaming the situation on us and our cat.”
