“Can’t recommend this company enough. We had some extensive dry rot rectified and the professionalism from day 1 of the survey to completion was great. Customer service is 10/10 - Karen is amazing and easy to get hold of, sends regular updates and you are never left wondering or chasing anything up (she deserves a medal honestly) Exactly the reassurance you want from a company who are doing such extensive work on what is likely your biggest asset. They even squeezed us in over a weekend which was very kind of them as I’m sure they would have rather been at their own homes! My house was left ready to decorate, they cleaned up after themselves and removed all rubbish promptly. The whole front of the house over 3 floors was done in 4 days. All rot was removed including replacing a supporting beam at amazing speed and a membrane placed between the walls and plasterboard. The tradesmen were very polite and a pleasure to have in our home. I hopefully will never have to use a damp service again but if I do, they will be my first call. Thanks again all :)”
