What customers say

* I had debilitating IT band pain for over 3 years and had almost given up on training pain-free * I Joined Coaching 11 months ago after trying physio, rest, and generic gym programmes with no lasting success * I felt really daunted but I didn’t need to worry. From day one, the coaching felt personal, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring * The team took time to understand my history, limitations, and goals— not just my age or injury * Training was progressive, light hearted sensible, and confidence-building, not rushed or intimidating * Gradually rebuilt strength, movement, and trust in my body * I’m now completely pain-free and doing things I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do again * My confidence has improved massively, both in and out of the gym. My balance, flexibility and strength in road cycling has improved and I use this as my warm up before the gym * The atmosphere is supportive, friendly, and motivating, never judgemental * I feel stronger, more capable, and empowered — not “too old” or “broken” * G2G hasn’t just helped me train again — they’ve changed how I feel about my body and what it can do *As you can see from the photo, each client has their own weights rack (there are 10 racks in total, which keeps numbers down and allows good access to equipment.which helps build confidence in using equipment. * It is a small and friendly gym with highly motivated and attentive trainers *Booking in to a regular slot kept me accountable and motivated and also helped me build a constant routine

I can highly recommend G2G to anyone committed to taking their fitness journey to the next level. I’ve worked with them for over two years now and with their help (in particular Aidan‘s coaching) I was able to not only become significantly stronger, but also feel more healthy and confident in my training. Aidan, and all the other folks at G2G, are phenomenal coaches – you won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach here, instead they’ll work with you develop a program that works best for you. Aidan has continued coaching me remotely after I moved away from Edinburgh last year and I continue to be extremely satisfied with his coaching approach. Huge recommendation!! Thanks Aidan and the whole G2G team!

I joined this gym after having not weightlifted in more than 5 years in order to build up strength and to improve my health in general. Over the course of my 15-week there (doing the 100-day challenge), I noticed two big things: first, that I was growing in strength and second, that my mindset and outlook had shifted. This gym is unlike any other: the coaches there know their stuff, they talk about their own fitness journeys and struggles and are exceptionally professional. I would recommend G2G for anyone who is looking to see some tangible changes in their fitness, strength and mindset.
