“I recently asked Philip Grossart of Bryton Travel to arrange flights from Edinburgh-Heathrow-Vancouver and return for me as he had previously organised my travel arrangements. As I expected, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our flights. On our return journey from Heathrow - Edinburgh our plane experienced an engine problem and we were taken back to Heathrow . The British Airways staff were less than helpful and caused my friend and myself to feel very upset. On return home, I telephoned Philip and told him how we had been treated by British Airways. He again was very helpful in assisting with a compensation claim for cancelled flights. Highly recommend them.”
