“We hired the "Skye" van for 6 nights during our trip to Scotland. The experience was great! The van comes equipped with a gas stove, a small, actually cold fridge, a water pump, a diesel-powered heater (which comes in handy when you're out of battery, but still want a warm bed), a toilet/shower and enough space to gather all your Scottisch trinkets and souvenirs. There are enough charging ports for your phone(s) and a sound installation throughout the back, so you can listen to traditional Scottish Folk wherever you go. The bed has two pillows, a blanket and a fleece blanket. Two towels are also included. If you're going in February like we did, we recommend bringing some extra blankets because the back of the van, where the bed is, gets cold quickly. The van itself drives great. Shifting gears left-handed was a bit of a tricky business at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll notice that it goes much easier. It's a trustworthy vehicle that will get you across the Highlands for sure. The owner is a very nice guy, and both the pick-up and handoff went smoothly. It's a great choice and we recommend this to others who are looking for a smaller, more personal/local company to hire from.”
