“I called their breakdown line, got voicemail, left my name and number, and was never called back (this is the key point - I was never called back). Luckily I wasn't stuck somewhere. They also behave like 12-year-olds when responding to reviews apparently. I guess the message to take from the reply is that if you reach their answer phone, you shouldn't expect a call back.”

“My wife's bike wouldn't start when we were out for a spin. After a quick call, they turned up within about 10 mins, and started it with an external battery charger. As it's suspected to be the alternator causing the issue, he followed us home to central Edinburgh just in case the bike stalled again and we were stuck. In my opinion, service above and beyond, for a very reasonable fee. Would defo use again.”
