The fitters arrived and they were very friendly and did an amazing job. “I got the bedroom, hall, living room and kitchen re floored in my flat. Tracey was extremely helpful at the shop. She sat with us and explained all the options very well. I didn’t have the exact measurements of the floor space but she was able to still calculate an estimate size and cost. When the guy came out to do the actual measurements and give a quote it was very similar to her estimation so I was pretty impressed. She was very good with following up with me and answered any of the questions I had. I went into the shop on 17/01/2026 and the flooring was installed by 05/02/2026. This included someone coming out to measure, give a quote, waiting for me to respond to confirm I want to go through with it, them making sure they have all the materials available and then the actual installation on a date that worked for me. So I was very happy with the timeline. Jack and Danny were the guys who did the installation. They got everything done in 2 days and I am very happy with the result. Tapi also offer a service to remove the original flooring. It does cost extra but I think it is worth it to avoid the hassle of figuring out what to do with it myself. This was quite an investment for me. But I did choose one of the more expensive options for Luxury Vinyl. I do think it was 100% worth it though and it has made such a big difference. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Tapi and I would recommend them to other people. I will add some photos so you can see what the flooring looks like.”
