“Guy on the phone was rude. The ladies that answered were good. They are changing my delivery slot from 6 to 8 without telling me. I have emptied my house to make it easy for them I only am getting one item. They are unable to give me an approximate time despite getting telt at 10.32 am I was next. Now it's 13.04 and I have been moved two slots back and supposedly I could get pushed back further it's a disgrace I have a hospital I need to go to. They don't care. They have no respect and I would give zero stars if possible. They are lazy and do what suits them when they want. I used them one time before and they never showed til 8pm as supposedly it was easier for them to make me last as it's quicker for them to get home. Now I'm going to have to move all furniture back and rebook. Disgusting company don't care about customers just happy to take the money off the council n do what they like.”

“Appalling standard of service. My brother is still waiting for the delivery of a fridge freezer and a chest of drawers that were meant to be delivered six months ago. He's called them and arranged days for delivery multiple times but they just don't bother to show up. I'd give them no stars but unfortunately I have to give one star so that I can post the review.”
