“Avoid at all costs. My daughter broke her arm due to insufficient crash mats being provided. Staff were incapable of looking after her and it was left to Edinburgh Leisure staff (who were great). No follow-up to ask how she was at any point. More worried about our direct debit. Then denied there needed to more mats around apparatus, despite there usually being more. Completely incompetent.”
