One problem screen one rear of seats not customer friendly on 9 hour flight especially when someone playing games like cards press press press for 8 hours aaaagghh. Make them more touch sensitive or do away with push games or make handset . Please please 🙏. Putting me of flying with them on long haul.”

“Absolute shambles! Avoid at all costs. Booked an expensive one in a life time holiday in store with Kirsty. Pre booked seats. On trying to pay the balance told we had no seats booked. Six months prior to departure tried to rectify the issue but basically fobbed off. Kirsty not interested and as much use a chocolate teapot. Poor communication and terrible service. Formal complaint ongoing. We have been lied too throughout and basically had no seat on the plane for my husband. We shall never fly virgin again.”
