“Jo is an amazing massage therapist and a lovely, warm person - she made me feel so at ease during our first session. I have issues with chronic pain and fatigue and she was so careful and attentive, making sure that I was totally comfortable with what she was doing. Jo uses a technique called myofascial release and it honestly felt magical - as she was massaging my back I could feel tingling running down my legs, like an energy release. It felt really good and totally different from the sorts of troublesome sensations I usually experience. I felt a lot lighter after the session, like something had shifted for the better and like I could move a bit more easily.
