She took time to understand my goals and tailored a session to suit my needs. I then asked does she have any space and I’m now on week 5 and loving it. I feel stronger and every session I learn more about my body, the weights and the exercises that suit my age and ability. Alexis is so knowledgeable and had taught me how to work with weights, machines and also work on the mats. If anyone is debating booking PT sessions with Alexis, just do it, you will not regret one minute and if like me you will actually look forward to the sessions.
