“Massage with Caroline. Recently visited Caroline for travelling pain I was experiencing in my right leg. She listened to my explanation and my wrong self diagnosis and explained what was happening. Clearing explaining what my pain was and where it was coming from, using charts to explain and recheck my symptoms and understanding. Then she explained what she was going to do whilst discussing level of pressure suitable to myself. Caroline proceeded with her massage treatment, reiterating what she was doing whilst checking my comfort levels too. All truly satisfactory.
