I having been going to Dru yoga classes with Alison for a while now. When I saw she was doing Yin yoga I was intrigued so booked a class. Must say I was slightly apprehensive of trying to stay in a pose for a while. As always, Alison gave lots of information about the benefits of this practice. I absolutely loved it and my concerns were quickly gone. The poses were great and it felt lovely staying in one place for a short while. Great for the body AND mind. So glad I tried Thank Alison

I had a mindfulness meditation session with Alison this afternoon. It felt very relaxing for my body and mind both. Alison has a very positive approach and a very soothing voice. It was lovely to attend a session which I did online and very kind of Alison to accommodate me in her busy schedule on a short notice. Absolutely recommend her !

Having reaped the benefits of Alison's 'magic hands', I cannot recommend her skills highly enough. For the last four years I have enjoyed the many benefits of her diverse range of therapies, from Indian Head Massage to Reflexology to Eastern Facial Massage. Having Parkinson's Disease means I have many diverse symptoms and my many sessions with Alison [her Gentle Yoga classes have greatly improved my balance and co-ordination] have never failed to bring me relief, relaxation and a wonderful sense of wellbeing.
