“Superb! We visited Wild Boar because of the wide range of brands which they supply. The customer service was first class, from our initial interaction in the showroom through to delivery of the products. Joseph listened to our requirements and produced a fabulous design which accurately captured the style that we wanted. He was mindful of our budget and presented two options for us to choose from. He also updated the design for the changes we requested and promptly answered my many questions. Joseph is very knowledgable about the products and his suggestions both look great and are functional. The communication is the best I’ve experienced from any company, both from Joseph and Mark. Responses to my e-mails were prompt and Mark provided regular updates on the status of the products. Some of the brassware were not scheduled to arrive on time and Mark contacted the manufacturer and arranged for temporary fittings to be supplied, so that we could still proceed with the installation as scheduled and use the bathroom straight away. I would highly recommend Wild Boar and will definitely use them again for any future bathroom refurbishment.”
