“I booked an MOT with VDrive, they confirmed my booking via WhatsApp and told me when to arrive. I flew from Ireland to be here for my appointment but upon arrival I was told to come back another day and that the MOT guy wasn’t around. I showed my booking confirmation but was told it didn’t matter and to just come back another time, my flight home is already booked for tomorrow morning and I’m now in the position where I have to take my car off the road. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.”
