“Used to have good service until our postie left. Now the service is terrible. Office hours are ridiculous . You receive a message to say your parcel will be delivered on particular day within a timeslot , you sit and wait only to get nothing except a message to say you weren't in, let's be honest no attempt was made. On my particular route I haven't seen the same postie twice. In the last 10 days I have had to phone the helpline 4 times re undelivered parcels each time 40 mins on hold. My heart sinks when I hear its a royal mail delivery. I'd rather have evri, and we all know their reputation. Telferton need to pull their socks up, its a shambles. Customer service......is there any????”

“This is like one of those random places that you don’t ever feel like you’ll have to go to and then you do have to go and you’re like where is this? What is this? why does this exist? It never seems to be open except for super obscure times it’s almost like they don’t want you to go but they kind of need you to go? It’s like the airport but scarier which is kind of mad considering it’s not? Like give me my parcel lmfao what a journey this was one cold Saturday morning at like 6am.”

“So they give you an estimated time to deliver your parcel (very good) so you stay in all afternoon looking forward to receiving your parcel for them to turn around and send email attempted delivery! Bullshit... No buzzer pressed and nobody on the ring doorbell! Just so happens that the office is now closed!”
