“Unprofessional and terrible service ignoring my last emails, wasn't willing to accommodate a time that suited me nor offer a refund. No apology once which is exactly what a recent complaint reads. My initial email to the owner was pleasant with my concerns and her reply was demanding I return within 24 hours and that she never gets complaints. I asked for honey effect highlights with a few lowlights as a contrast, instead of woven highlights I have block brassy colour where it's bled on to my scalp. I told her my concerns of thinning hair during perimenopause but she proceeded to apply 40vols developer over previously lightened hair that was light enough. I even asked at the start of the first foils going in but again she continued then gave me slices I didn't ask for through the sides. The mixing ratio wasn't precise but just poured in a bowl. My hair now feels brittle, you wouldn't reapply bleach on top of bleach. She tried a toner which really just dulled the lighter areas I came in with. The owner blamed my overgrown roots and hormones on the difference in colour lift result. Also lied claiming her CCTV shows only lowlights being applied through my ends. I left not wanting to keep the stylist back any longer and then looked in to the back of my hair closer in horror, also dark areas that were previously included for a half head quantity yet was told I'd underpaid. I asked to return early 3 days later, as I attended a wedding on the Friday but was ignored. After priding myself on running a business since 2008, I'd bend over backwards for clients with a nicer manner than I've endured. NOW....she's looked up my business naming and shaming me for her BAD service with a personal attack. It's been reported to Google.....Laughable accusing me of colouring my hair myself, sent the pictures of my hair straight away attached to email. Never known anyone so unprofessional and childish to bring my business from 5⭐️ down to your level. You respond to all your complaints badly.... (you're never wrong) I decided to support this local business after 10 years with a previous hairdresser.”
