“Dreaded this day but knew it was best for Bella. Hiram was fantastic, very caring and empathetic. Strange thing was that Bella didn’t like strangers especially men and I was a bit worried about how she would react towards Hiram. She didn’t bark or growl and went to him nuzzled his hands. I was taken aback and also relieved. Everything was so peaceful and I wasn’t left with the images of her shaking anxious like she usually was when taken to the vet. Would recommend this gentle process to anyone who is thinking about loving pets final moments.”

“I cannot praise Hiram enough for his attention last Friday. My old dog, Jet, had come to the end of her life and needed some help at this awful time. Hiram was so incredibly compassionate and caring. The whole procedure was was handled in a most professional way. We were not rushed. He stayed for an hour. Jet was in her own home, not scared, knew nothing at all about what was going on and was delighted to spend time with this most kindly visitor. It was perfect. Thank you so much Hiram.”
