“Went into baynes bonnyrigg shop. 4 staff on duty, 1 was serving a customer,another customer had just been served and was now telling 2 staff members a story and were completely ignoring doing their job,the 4th person was wiping down the inside of a display cabinet. I had the dog tied up outside and had checked on her 3 times before I gave up and left the shop. They need to be sent on a staff training course”
