“I genuinely cannot recommend Chapter One Nursery highly enough. From the moment our children joined, they have been welcomed, supported and cared for. A special mention has to go to Michelle, the manager, whose understanding, kind and approachable nature makes such a difference. She always takes the time to listen, support and make parents feel heard, and it’s so clear how much she truly cares about every child and family in her nursery. Knowing there is someone leading with so much compassion gives such peace of mind. The staff create such a warm, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to grow in confidence, learn through play and develop at their own pace. It’s lovely seeing how much effort goes into making every day engaging and enjoyable. My eldest child always has so much to chat to me about on the journey home, usually referencing the lovely squirrel he watches in the garden! As a parent, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your children are somewhere they are safe, happy and genuinely cared for — and Chapter One gives me exactly that.
