“Not at all surprised to find all the negative reviews about driving and road rage here. Do not trust this company with your dogs. At least one person that drives their van has terrible anger issues and a poor standard of driving. Today I saw a driver in a van with this companies livery start a sudden and fast reverse in the Dalkeith tesco car park. They nearly steered into a family walking with a small toddler, who had to jump away from the van. When another pedestrian shouted to watch out and check mirrors the driver responded with "I'm in a van!" and a string of abuse. The driver was so busy shouting at the other pedestrian that I dont think they realised what they had done. The family that nearly got hit would have been clearly visible in the wing mirrors (before the driver steered into them anyway). The driver of the van made a manoeuvre suddenly, at an inappropriate speed, and without making enough observations. Terrible anger issues to boot.”
