Obviously she didn’t mean to use her business account but she did. Just posting it here so if you book here you’re aware of who is working here. She blocked me on Fb after commenting on her business page but the comment may still be there.”

“Went in for balyage the end of June with Lisa, I told her what I wanted, I ended up with something I did not want. She dyed my entire head blonde except my roots, I told her I did not want a root and to not touch the top section of my hair, I complained while there and she 'fixed' it for me by putting brown on top, well that lasted 2 weeks and now I'm basically a blonde with big roots! Now I'm having to pay another £78 for a proper hair dresser to fix the mess Lisa left, I'm a stay at home parent to 2 kids currently so this extra expense we could do without. Do not go to hair Kare if you want balyage!!!”
